RED TRAFFIC LIGHT SETTING:

Our host, the Kapiti Performing Arts Centre, is a Vaccine Certificate Venue therefore all tutors and students over 12 years and 3 months need to show their NZ Vaccine Passport.

The KMC Manager will be in contact asking for a screenshot of your or your child’s passport if applicable.

Some tutors prefer the parents to sit in on lessons therefore please show them your vaccine pass, if not then we ask for you to remain in your vehicle or outside the building.  N/B; Please check with your tutor if they want you in on the lessons as some prefer you not to.

Please wear a mask and scan in at the beginning of your lesson.  The tutors have a register with the student’s name, so they will get marked as absent so please don’t worry if they forget.

Wind Instruments will be socially distanced, and the rooms ventilated, along with the singing group.

Please stay away if unwell and if your child tests positive, please inform us immediately so that close contacts can be identified and informed.

Masks are required for those students in year 4-13 at school and aged upwards.
